Who we are
SportsSpread.com is operated by Tradespreads Ventures SRL, Costa Rica. Tradespreads
Ventures SRL is responsible for personal information collected and used in connection
with the website and customer accounts.

Information we collect
We may collect identification and contact details, date of birth, account and betting
activity, deposits and withdrawals, payment information, communications with us,
verification and source of funds information, and technical information relating to
devices, internet connections and use of the website.
We collect information directly from customers and may also receive information from payment, identity verification, fraud prevention, security and other service providers.
How we use information
We use personal information to open, verify and administer accounts; provide betting and
customer-support services; process deposits and withdrawals; confirm identity, age and
payment details; manage risk; detect and investigate fraud, unlawful activity,
prohibited account use and suspicious transactions; maintain the security and integrity
of our services; enforce our terms; keep business and transaction records; communicate
with customers; and meet legal or regulatory requirements that apply to us.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely as appropriate on performance of our contract with the customer, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, and consent where we specifically request it.
Marketing
We may send information about our services and offers where permitted. Customers may opt
out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe facility in a
message, changing available account preferences or contacting us. Service and account
communications may still be sent.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, maintain security,
remember preferences, understand website use and improve our services. Browser settings
can be used to control cookies, although disabling some cookies may affect website
functionality.
Sharing information
We may share personal information, where necessary, with companies supporting the
SportsSpread service; payment-service providers; identity, age and source of funds
verification providers; technology, hosting, communications and security providers;
professional advisers; banks and financial institutions; fraud prevention bodies; sports
governing bodies; law-enforcement agencies, courts, regulators and other authorities; and
a purchaser or successor in connection with a business transfer.
We do not share personal information with third parties for their own unrelated marketing.
International processing
SportsSpread operates internationally. Personal information may therefore be processed in
Costa Rica and in other countries in which we or our service providers operate. Where
applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use appropriate
measures for that transfer.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes
described in this notice, including account administration, security, fraud and dispute
management, financial and transaction records, and applicable legal or regulatory
requirements. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and the reason

Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, a customer may have rights in relation to their
personal information, including rights to request access or correction, object to or
restrict certain uses, request deletion or transfer, withdraw consent where processing
depends on consent, and complain to an appropriate data protection authority.
