This field informs you of: The current balance of your account. The current value of your Open Positions. The amount of margin that has been paid against your Open Positions

Cheque

Once requested, a cheque will be forwarded to the name and address you registered when opening the account. It is important to note that for security reasons after your first deposit we cannot make a refund for 28 days.

Bank Transfer

To process a bank transfer withdrawal, clients must supply the following information:

  • Account Number
  • Sort Code
  • Branch Address
  • IBAN Number
  • Swift Code

Please note that a bank transfer cannot be processed without the IBAN and Swift code. Clients may need to request the IBAN and Swift code from their respective bank

We DO NOT charge our clients for any withdrawals made from their accounts. However, we ask you to be aware that your bank may charge you a processing fee.

Due to a small number of fraud instances in the past we advise that any new client initial withdrawal request can take up to 30 days.

Skrill

We currently cannot send refunds via Skrill .

Credit/Debit Card Refunds

We currently do not have the facility to send refunds to Credit and Debit cards .

Account History

In this section you can check the following: The details of every bet you have placed with Sports Spread The details of every deposit and withdrawal you have made on your Sports Spread account Every bet and transaction has a reference number. If you have any questions regarding bets or transactions, contact our trading team on +353-1-5240250 quoting your account number, and the reference number of the transaction.

Changing Debit/Credit Card Details

Debit/Credit card details are not accessible via the website. Please call the helpdesk to request any changes in your card details. For security reasons you will be required to answer a security question when changing your card details.

Password Change

This field enables you to change your password if you feel it necessary to do so. Follow these simple steps to change your password: Select My Account. Select Change Password. Enter your Account Number Enter your current password Enter your new password. Confirm your new password by re-typing it. To update your new password select Update. Your new password will be updated immediately.

If at any stage you forget your password then you can call the trading desk to be given a new one.
