You agree that by participating in this Offer you will be bound by the specific terms and conditions of this offer as well as the general rules that apply to your SportsSpread.com account.
Offer open to new SportsSpread.com applicants only and valid from 22-06-2010.
To qualify for this Offer a customer must have a minimum of 5 settled trades (qualifying bets) on his/her account, all of which resulted in a minimum profit OR loss of £/€20. Qualifying bets must be placed in separate events and separate markets. Closing or partially closing trades will not count. Free bets will not count.
If 5 qualifying trades have not been settled within 30 days of the new account being opened, this offer shall be deemed void.
After your new account welcome bonus has been paid into your SportsSpread account, you may only apply to withdraw some/all of these bonus funds once you have placed a further 3 qualifying trades as outlined above, that have each won or lost a minimum of £/€20 each.
Closing or partially closing bets do not count and again all qualifying trades must be placed in separate markets on separate events.
The maximum payout under this Offer is £/€100.
Only one account credit can be claimed per customer or per household/family.

We reserve the right to refuse to pay out under the Offer if we have reasonable belief that: (a) there has been any co-operation, collusion and/or organization of bets from the same source; or (b) the Offer is being abused in any way.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Offer or any part of the Offer at any time and without notice.
We are the sole arbiters of these Terms together with any other issue arising hereunder. We may make changes to these Terms and without any notification. If the Offer cannot be executed as planned, including due to any unforeseen issue or technical malfunction beyond our reasonable control, Sports Spread shall incur no liability for the non-awarding of this Offer.
Any dispute or situation not covered by the Terms will be resolved by us in a manner we deem to be fairest to all concerned. Our decision shall be final and/or binding on all clients. No correspondence will be entered into. The Offer will be governed by the laws of the Republic Of Ireland. If any condition within these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, such condition shall, insofar as it is severable from the remaining parts, be deemed omitted from these Terms and shall in no way affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining conditions.
